STORY OF TONG

囲球 Tōng,an ancient knot skill, is called monkey's fist knot or sailor rope ball knot. Tie up ropes in three dimensions, bind each others and make it become a ball; we also put a stone or something has weight in the ropes to make it easier to throw. In Chinese they call it "球結"and always use it in Chinese art knots or buttons on Tang suit (唐裝). Regardless of age and region, so many people use and know Tōng. We want to renew and find any possible of this wonderful skill. We hope you'll like it!
